The Purple Turtle Coffee Company Saeco Repair Warranty
 
The Purple Turtle Coffee Company provides a 90 day limited warranty on repairs to your Saeco espresso machine.  This warranty covers labor and materials on the parts of the machine actually repaired. The warranty begins on the date of invoicing.

If a machine is returned during the warranty period with a new undiagnosed problem, the total labor for the initial repair and the new repair will not exceed the original maximum labor charge. Parts are extra.

Repairs are performed FOB our shop in La Porte, TX.  Costs to ship the machine to or from our facility are not covered.

This warranty does not cover
  • Diagnosed problems the customer declines to repair at the time of the original repair
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse
  • Damage caused by trash or coffee grounds entering system
  • Improper operation or failure to follow instructions
  • Any alteration or service performed by others
  • Damage caused by neglecting or omitting maintenance, cleaning or descaling
  • Damage caused by use of ingredients not intended for this machine
  • Damages due to shipping, including exposure to freezing conditions
  • Damages to plastic, wear parts or aesthetic pieces such as body panels or paint
  • Incidental or consequential damages
Shipping: The cost of shipping your machine to and from our facility is not covered under the warranty. When sending in your machine, please refer to our website for instructions on packaging and what information we will require from you to complete your repair in a timely manner.

Warning: Without properly packing your machine per our instructions you may experience severe damage to your machine which can dramatically increase the cost of repair as well as slowing our work.
