Returns Policy
Coffee Equipment
Returns and exchanges of consumer grade non custom order espresso and coffee equipment must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact us through email at sales@uncommoncoffee.com to obtain a RMA before returning an item. You will be refunded your original cost minus a 20% restocking fee and our actual shipping and handling costs provided that the equipment is returned in like new condition.
All commercial equipment is not returnable and may not be exchanged.
“Like New” condition means that all original components are intact, including equipment, accessories, manuals, and packaging and undamaged. All surfaces of the machine and its components are free from any surface blemishes. The machine should also be thoroughly cleaned and free from any water residue, coffee grounds or milk deposits. Basically it should look as if it has not been touched. Anything that is not received back in this condition may be subject to additional reconditioning fees.
Damaged Merchandise
All damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving any item. Please inspect all items when they arrive and contact us with any damage. Do not plug in any broken electrical equipment or attempt to use it any way. We will contact the shipping company to file a claim.
Non Operational Equipment:
Please refer to the individual manufacturers for warranty information for all new equipment and contact us by email (service@uncommoncoffee.com) for all refurbished equipment.
Parts
All components and repair parts for coffee or water systems are not returnable or exchangeable.
Consumable and Non Consumables
Any food product is nonreturnable.
Accessory items, including detergents and wrapped filters are returnable if in their original condition and in unopened packaging for their original purchase price minus our actual shipping and handling costs.
All items may be returned if we failed to ship the correct item as ordered.
